Central PA WVU Alumni Chapter
The Central Pennsylvania WVU Alumni Chapter is currently raising funds to establish an endowment to provide scholarships to students from Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lebanon, Lancaster, Perry and York counties that attend WVU. Proceeds from the annual scholarship scramble golf tournament and other activities are contributed to the endowment. The proceeds are invested and managed by the WVU Foundation along with all other alumni chapter scholarship funds.
You may make contributions to the fund by making your check payable to the WVU Foundation with the notation for the Central PA WVU Alumni Chapter Scholarship and forwarding it to the WVU Foundation, P.O. Box 1650, Morgantown, WV 26507-1650 or to the Central PA WVU Alumni Chapter, c/o Tom Bold, 215 Iroquois Trail, York Haven, PA 17370.
The Central Pennsylvania WVU Alumni Chapter administers a non-endowed scholarship in the amount of $1000 ($500 for fall and spring semesters) and will continue to do so for each semester and is currently working towards a goal of a $25,000 endowment scholarship. Students from Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lebanon, Lancaster, Perry and York counties are eligible to apply and may contact the WVU Scholars Office at:
